We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned items must be in brand new unused condition in original packaging--items returned without original packaging, accessories and/or are not the original items are subject up to a 50% restocking fee. Any undergarments / underwear that is returned will be automatically charged a 10% restocking fee.
Orders returned to us due to an undeliverable shipping address including return to sender will automatically be given a refund with a 15% restocking fee.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your order to our Signal Hill warehouse.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@extremesupply.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer pays for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like under garments.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and/or closeout items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Delivery Issues
Tracking Says "Delivered," But You Didn’t Receive Your Package?
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Please check all areas around your delivery location (front door, porch, garage, mailbox, etc.).
- Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the delivery on your behalf.
- For apartment or condo deliveries, check with your leasing office or front desk.
- Sometimes carriers may mark a package as delivered 1–2 days before it actually arrives.
If the package is still missing after 2 business days, please contact us at sales@extremesupply.com and we’ll assist in opening a case with the carrier.
Important: Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, liability for the package transfers to the recipient. [Your Store Name] is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.
For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery.
All orders over $39.99 (before taxes and any possible shipping) receive free ground shipping within the USA (except Alaska and Hawaii). Orders under $39.99 are charged $12.99/helmet with free accessories shipping, or, if only accessories $7.99 shipping within the USA (except Alaska and Hawaii). See below for international/ AK and HI orders. Delivery of your order is very important to us. Most of our orders are shipped from our CA, USA warehouse by FEDEX or USPS. All orders over $250.00 (before taxes and any possible shipping) or if the billing address is different from your shipping address or if your shipping address includes a apartment or suite, your order will be shipped with signature required at time of delivery as per Credit Card industry guidelines. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You may cancel your order for a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee provided we receive your cancellation request before your order has entered the shipping process.
